Highly Sprung Ltd was founded by Neil Brown and Ian MacGuffog in 1987 in a small showroom in Battersea. Having initially bought the sofas from a manufacturer, Neil and Ian soon realized that this method of retailing fell short of offering their clientele exactly what they required, so when the opportunity arose, they bought a manufacturing base and designed a range of sofas and chairs. Since then, Neil and Ian have opened up a showroom in Tottenham Court Road and last year opened up their new factory showroom in High Wycombe.
The Highly Sprung factory is situated in High Wycombe, the heart of the British furniture industry. All designs are hand made to order using beech and seasoned hardwood in the construction of all frames. Frames are glued, screwed and dowelled together, serpentine springs are used for support and layers of lining cloth, cotton felt and CMHR foam are used for the padding. A ten year guarantee is offered on all frames.

We also provide a loose cover and re-upholstery service for your existing furniture.
